1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website agentlexa.club and related services provided by AgentLexa, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Services and Products

2.1. Legal Services for Realtors

AgentLexa offers professional legal consultation and document preparation services tailored to real estate professionals. Services include contract review, compliance guidance, and related advisory.

2.2. Information Products

AgentLexa may offer digital courses, guides, and templates for purchase and download. Digital items are delivered via electronic download link upon successful payment.

2.3. Goods

AgentLexa may offer physical branded materials and legal reference books. Goods will be shipped to the address provided by the customer.

3. Refund and Rescheduling Policy

3.1. Legal Services for Realtors

Clients may request rescheduling of any booked consultation up to 48 hours prior to the appointment. If rescheduling is not possible, a full payment credit will be issued for use toward future services within 6 months. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment are not eligible for credit or refund due to logistical planning and resource allocation.

3.2. Information Products

All digital items are considered delivered upon download. Purchases of information products are final and non-refundable once the download link is accessed or sent. If technical issues prevent access, customers may contact us for assistance or replacement of the download link.

3.3. Goods

Physical goods may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unopened and in original condition. Customers must obtain a return authorization by contacting us via Contact Us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or defective. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 14 business days of receipt of the returned item.

4. Payment Terms

All fees are due in full at the time of purchase. AgentLexa accepts major debit and credit cards. Failure to complete payment will result in suspension of service or order fulfillment.

5. Use of the Site

Users agree to use the site and services in accordance with all applicable laws and to refrain from any illegal or unauthorized use.

6. Limitation of Liability

AgentLexa will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or special damages arising from the use of services or products. Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service or product.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
